Below are our SOPs including turnaround times, campaign structure, reporting, and analytics for each service tier.

***Keep in mind this is for optimizations that should be small changes to the account, not a complete restructure. A complete restructure will 1. negatively impact performance and 2. will be considered a new build.
**** Based on availability, access, and client participation with their CRM developer.
***The term "urgent" is reserved for situations where a significant issue is present, such as a website is down. Likewise, an urgent request may arise if a client expresses a desire to terminate their services and a report becomes necessary to preserve our working relationship. It is essential to emphasize that these urgent scenarios should be rare occurrences and not misused.
